DELIVERY POLICY

 

TURNAROUND TIME:( For CD Proof Negatives only- 200x300 image used to view the main photo)
Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 Business days. (Longer time required for large orders, orders where retouching is involved, and orders made during the winter holiday season, when most pro photographers and labs are flat out!) 

Portfolio projects can take 3-4 weeks after photos have been picked out by clients and submitted via Email of faxed to insure accuracy. (orders@atcphoto.net or 404-795-9195 for fax)
TURNAROUND TIMES For Wedding Projects: Our Standard turnaround time for Wedding Projects can run from 4-6 weeks after Clients have selected their Reprints, Enlargements, Proofs for Wedding Albums, Touch ups, etc…
RUSH ORDERS:
Many orders, from black and white custom prints to digital files, can be rush ordered at local pro labs within 48 -72 hours. Cost for each item is 100% extra (i.e. a $30 black and white 8x10 is $60; a $75 hi res digital file burned to a CD would cost $150). Rush orders must be prepaid.  No exceptions.

BLACKOUT DATES:
Typically, the Owner and main photograper schedules up to four appointments abroad. During these periods (known as BLACKOUT DATES), we are unable to maintain our normal production schedule. Orders made during this period will be accepted and logged in by customer service, but will require no less than four weeks production time. Please plan your orders accordingly.
 
All BLACKOUT DATES will be posted in this area in advance.



NOTE: Please note, due to the large amounts of orders that A Touch of Class Photography deals with and the seriousness of preserving your images, all projects need to be placed within 3 weeks of the actual photo shoot. After the 30th day of you receiving your CD Proof Negative, if we still have not received your order we will file your project away into a safe storage and close your project for future referencing.  If and when you would like to re-open your project a $35.00 administrative fee will be charged for the safe keeping and relocation of that project. Please note that delays of your orders would be placed in line after current customers, which can also result of the delay of delivery.

PAYMENT METHODS:
We happily accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, and American Express) cash, and money orders,
All payments with Checks must be made known 3 days prior to Photo shoot and made out to Ellery Harris.
Note: All Bounce Checks will be Charged a $29.00 NSF Fee, and Must be cleared up within 7days.


METHODS OF IMAGE RETRIEVAL:
  1. MONDAY PICKUPS - Every Monday afternoon from 6:00-9:00 p.m. we hold open office hours, and encourage clients to stop by to pick up orders, discuss shoots, and go over image ideas. Our preference is that all orders are picked up in person at this time.
  2. DROP BOX - If you cannot make the Monday pickup, we can arrange a drop box outside the studio for you to pick up orders on specified days or nights. For security reasons, we will not leave any item in the drop box for over 6 hours.
  3. FIRST CLASS MAIL - If you wish your images or paperwork mailed, we will send your items first class mail. How long your package takes to arrive - be it one day or one week - is up to the USPS. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this method for orders valued at more than $100, since these packets are not insured (see Fed Ex option below). Standard small orders cost $4.00 to mail; larger packets may cost a few dollars more.
  4. FED EX - If you have ordered a costly item, or want a package delivered to you overnight, we will send the package via Federal Express, and insure it for an appropriate amount. To FedEx your package, we require the following: complete name (individual and/or company), street mailing address (no PO boxes), city, state and zip, plus phone number. Provide us with your FedEx billing number, or that of a third party. If that is not possible, provide us with a current credit card (type, name on card, number, expiration date). FedEx packets generally cost $20-35, depending on size of package and insurance amount.
  5. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Because of the numerous forms required and the hoops that must be jumped for us to FedEx a package abroad, we will not send any FedEx package to a foreign country for print orders less than USD $1,000. If your order is smaller than that and you must have it sent abroad, have a friend pick it up and FedEx it to you (that is a far simpler process than a package addressed from a registered business).
  6. ELECTRONIC TRANSFER - Because of copyright and image integrity issues, we can not send hi resolution files via the internet; however on occasion, we can send samples or a minimal number of proofs via email.

Additional Wedding

Print this form and use it for add-on orders to your Wedding and Portfolio packages. The prices and sizes are listed below or at www.atcphoto.net under services. Use the numbers/letters that are written on the back of the proof print when filling out this form. Unless you specify differently, your prints will be centered and balanced when they are enlarged. Often this means areas in the photo are cropped out. All of your enlargements will be color corrected for the best print possible.
